The MHSW Phase 1 products other than paint and coatings, will remain the responsibility of SO. Municipalities will continue to submit claims to/be paid by Stewardship Ontario for those materials.
How will municipalities be paid for the remaining Phase 1 products that are not part of the Product Care Paint and Coatings ISP?
