The MHSW Phase 1 products other than paint and coatings, pesticides, solvents and fertilizers will remain the responsibility of Stewardship Ontario (SO). Municipalities will continue to submit claims for SO program materials to SO.
How will municipalities be paid for the remaining Phase 1 products that are not part of the Product Care ISPs?
