Product Care Association (PCA) will be holding public consultations for the renewal of the Manitoba Household Hazardous Waste Stewardship Program Plan (2023 – 2028).
The Manitoba Household Hazardous Waste Stewardship Program is the approved product stewardship program for residential paint, fluorescent lights (including Industrial, Commercial and Institutional), flammable liquids/gasoline, corrosives, toxics, physically hazardous materials and pesticides, managed and operated by Product Care pursuant to the Manitoba Household Hazardous Material and Prescribed Material Stewardship Regulation. The current Manitoba Household Hazardous Waste Stewardship Program Plan, which expires on June 31, 2023, was developed by PCA and approved by the Manitoba Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy.
