Dear PCA Members,
PCA will be launching its updated Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) reporting system on January 29, 2018. This notice is to provide you with details of the system launch, and specific instructions for accessing your account in the new system.
The current reporting system, ecofeereporting.com, will be unavailable from 4 pm PST, Thursday, January 25 until 11 pm PST Sunday, January 28, 2018 while the system upgrade occurs. As of Monday, January 29, all members will required to use the new system to submit EHF reports and manage their accounts with PCA. Please note:
New website address: The new system will have a new website URL: EHFreporting.com. If you navigate to the old address, you will be automatically re-directed to the new site.
Passwords: For security purposes, PCA does not have access to passwords in the current system and therefore cannot transfer them to the new system. All PCA members will be provided with a temporary password by email before the system launch to access their account, along with instructions for setting a new password.
Usernames: Usernames will remain the same for the primary contact of each member account, however new user names will be set by PCA and provided for alternate system contacts, so that every user will have a unique user name and password.
Both the user name(s) and temporary password(s) will be provided to each contact by email prior to January 29, along with an instruction manual with an overview of the new system.
All previous member account data, such as historical EHF reports and invoices, will be imported into the new system and available through the new reporting portal. The process for submitting EHF reports will remain the same. New features will include the ability to download account statements, as well as an improved system for notifying PCA of remitter relationships between members. Please see the November 2017 notice for other important changes, such as the change in the basis for determining the GST/HST rate for EHF reports and administrative charges for late EHF reports and payments.
As a final reminder, please ensure your contact information is up to date in the current system at ecofeereporting.com to ensure all contacts for your account receive their usernames, temporary passwords, and the new system instruction manual.
PCA appreciates the continued support of its members as PCA upgrades its EHF reporting system.
