Revised Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs) for the PEI Paint Stewardship Program (“PaintRecycle”) will come into effect on April 1, 2017. The current fee rates for these products continue to apply to sales made up to and including March 31, 2017. The fee rates are set by PCA’s board of directors, which includes leading industry representatives, and not by government.
