Waste Diversion Ontario (WDO) approved Product Care Association’s (PCA) Industry Stewardship Plan (ISP) for Paints and Coatings on December 10, 2014 and has now announced the effective date of June 30, 2015. With the launch of the Paint ISP, Product Care will assume responsibility over the entire supply chain for the paints and coatings portion of the Phase 1 MHSW materials.
