The 2015 amended SO MHSW Municipal Agreement contains a provision by which SO’s responsibility cease for MHSW materials covered by an approved ISP, as of the ISP effective date. (See clause 2.4 of the 2015 SO MHSW Municipal amendment agreement) SO will continue to be responsible for the remaining MHSW Phase 1 products, in accordance with the existing agreement between SO and each municipality.
